    The app does not stream on a Samsung TV or Android device. Tried to contact customer service but there is NO live person to talk to. The virtual assistant said the pending charge won’t go through but that was a lie. I paid for the service but can’t even use it.

    I purchased this with premise that inwoilf be able to stream all live games when I purchased NFL Premium +. I downloaded it and when I go to watch on my Apple TV every game I need to have another subscription to actually watch the game. Then I read the fine print and you can only stream every game from a tablet or a phone, who does that even make sense. Why couldn't you stream via Apple TV? I want my money back and because I did a one time refund they won't let me cancel and get my money back less than a week from purchasing. I cannot get through to anyone either. NFL's whole company is crooked. You guys should be ashamed.

    Most of the basic things are fine Maybe it is there, but I can’t find any seasonal stats in an organized fashion I would like to see how QB’s, runners, receivers, kickers, safety’s, linemen etc are doing compared to their peers.

  • All we want is to watch football

    We paid the annual fee, $100, for this. Half the time we log in it acknowledges we paid AND at the same time asks us to log in before watching games. Endless cycle. Customer service for this app is worse than useless. For an industry that relies almost entirely on broadcasting, it’s an atrocity that they don’t have an app that works even for paying subscribers. If you have another way to watch games, anything would be better than this.

  • It would be great if I could stream

    I pay $100 per season and have been able to stream twice. Every time I try to connect to devices I’ve been able to use with other apps it says “sorry blah blah blah”. I could have paid for a number of other apps that can stream games for the same price or less without issue. 3 years in a row and I will not be renewing for year 4

    I can’t believe a company of this caliber would make an app this horrible. Its riddled with videos now, and almost impossible to get stats and scores. It forces you to watch/play videos. Best part is, you have to watch a 30 second add, for a 10 second highlight. Whenever I open the app to check scores/stats its plays a video upon opening, and if you have your volume up, and you open it in a quite are, its very inconvenient. Horrible Horrible App. Updated: It somehow got even worse. Its basically an NFL+ app now, and if you don't have it, its just a mess of an app. I use ESPN to get all my stats.

    I don't really know what happened. But for some reason after i paid for another year of NFL+ premium every time I attempt to watch on my phone or house I have to rest the whole app. And even then it continues to tell me not subscribed. This is the last year i am purchasing through this app. It happened last year also but only towards the end of the year. Now its every time i change a game. What makes it worst is when you get an automated response that gives you options to fix the problem… only to click the link and it does not work. Something needs to be fix. Do not waste your money until this issue is fixed.

    I will be watching a game on my brand new phone, then it just cuts out! I only have problems with this app. All others work as they should. Dont do it!
